Plan
An open plan office space was selected for this
advertising agency, in line with its relatively flat structure.
The design includes: |

- Light and airy space with windows and balconies to
create ergonomically sound office environment.
|
- A large, comfortable reception area was chosen as the
office had no requirement for separate front and back
office designs.
|
- Accessible via stairway and lift to enable any person
to physically access the office with ease.
|
- Two emergency exits in line with government regulations.
|
- Two private offices for the directors.
|
- Desk clusters of between 3 and 6 for the
remaining staff, accommodating the need for teamwork,
and allowing computer and electronic cabling to be efficiently
housed. These are fully adjustable so that more clusters
can be added or expanded on to accommodate future growth
of the agency.

- Five meeting rooms of differing sizes to accommodate
both internal meetings and those with clients.
|
- Only two main storage areas were required as most of
the agency’s work is stored electronically.
|
- Private bathroom facilities were selected for the office,
including facilities for people in wheelchairs.
|
- Simple orange and blue colours were chosen to reflect
the agency’s branding, but also to keep the style
of the office simple so that it doesn’t become quickly
outdated.

- Each desk is fitted with an adjustable monitor arm for
its computer so that employees can adjust the screen to
the most comfortable distance and height based on their
individual requirements.
